Plan Cab whose main goal is to democratize scheduled commutes respects your privacy and recognizes the need to protect the personal information (name, address, phone number) you have provided at the time of booking. Plan Cab intends to make clear its intention on collecting your data. Generally at the time of booking you don’t have to provide any personally identifiable data except your name, or phone number. However, there will be some limitations on site usage regarding special offers, discounts, etc.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you choose to avail any of our services by booking either as a user or driver through the Telegram bot, it collects the following information

• The user's unique identifier (user id)

• The user's first name

• The user's last name (if the user has specified his last name in the settings)

• The user's username (if the user has configured a username)

• The user's phone number (to communicate with the driver for pickup/drop-off purposes)
   

CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a booking, the location of boarding and deboarding points, and your mobile number, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing or through feedback forms, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to make it optional.
