Prohibited Uses

To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
Terms of Service

After completion of booking with Plan Cab, a message with Ride number will be sent through the same bot you have used to do your booking.

When a customer produces the Ride number provided to him earlier, it implies that he has read and understood all terms and conditions mentioned herewith and agrees on all of them.

Drivers provided by Plan Cab to you will drive as per the driving recommendations of the local transport authority only.

Distances between two locations (points) be it an intercity distance or from vendors garage etc mentioned in the bot are approximate. Actual distance may differ depending on the exact geographical location of the points and route chosen under consideration.

Car air-conditioner will not work on hilly routes & also when the vehicle is not in motion. The customer is also not expected to request the driver to make the air condition operational in the aforementioned cases.

Any form of discount is only applicable only on the basic fare and cannot be made available on extra charges like tolls, taxes, charges for extra Km consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable, driver allowance, parking, and night charges unless specified.

It may happen that for some travel routes, the cab model which was reserved earlier by a customer online will not be able to actually run during travel due to the prevailing road conditions or due to the probable danger of natural disasters. The reasons mentioned are beyond the control of Plan Cab.

Airport Pick/Drop, Railway Pick/Drop, and local car rental services are valid only within city limits. For the afore-mentioned car services beyond the booking location and request for out-station travel beyond city limits will entitle the driver to deny services without any liability to refund the booking amount.

The customer is liable to pay for any additional distance traveled and also for additional hourly charges if applicable.

All bookings under consideration are on a given calendar day at the time of booking and the time was aforementioned in a 12-hour format.

Employees booking Office Cabs need to be in contact with the driver for any changes in boarding time and Plan Cab is not responsible for any mismatch in communication between them apart from what has been booked through Plan Cab.

Cabs that are booked for outstation (any or all of One way, round trip & multicity) cannot be used for local travel and vice-versa.

The driver is expected to use the Cab that was registered with Plan Cab. Any change of vehicle and all supporting documents and authorization to drive the vehicle rests with the driver only.

In case of a change of plans, a customer can cancel his booking by contacting the driver given in the details of the Telegram message. He/She can extend one way to a round trip by booking again with Plan Cab. Or from one way to multi city while the journey is in progress. Whether or not to make an amendment as per the request of the customer solely rests with our support team. If the amendment request from the customer is approved, our support team will guide you on the difference amount to be paid to the driver as to make the amendment a reality. This amount has to be paid immediately to the driver in cash after our team makes an amendment, failure to do so will not make the requested amendment a reality.

The driver will wait for the customer on the booked travel date and time and it is the duty of the customer to inform him of any unexpected changes. If no such communication came from the customer regarding this, the booking will be considered a case of no-show, and the Price for Reservation will not be refunded as such.

In case, there is any delay or change of plans from the Driver's side, they have to get a replacement or communicate with the customer beforehand.

The customer has to pay the entire amount to the driver and not to some third party calling and asking you the payment. In such cases, Plan Cab is not responsible to bring back the money the customer has lost.

And same case with a driver too, where it is the driver's responsibility to collect cash from the rider in the form of cash, card, or UPI payments depending upon his/her choice.

After completion of the trip, neither driver nor the rider should be forced to give a high rating. It should be given at the sole discretion of the person only.

Cab booking with specified distance coverage and fare only will be considered for one-way transfer either from the airport or railway station to a single location or vice versa. Pickups or drops from multiple locations are not included in such bookings.

Plan Cab cannot be held accountable for any delay or consequential loss caused to the customer due to traffic jams or reasons beyond the reasonable control of the driver or lapses on the part of the driver.

Plan Cab cannot be held accountable for any loss, damage, physical injury, and loss of life, etc suffered by the customer/ driver while availing of its services.

In case of any misconduct or misbehavior by the driver, the customer should immediately report to the support team of Plan Cab at https://t.me/PlanCab and alternatively, rating and feedback can be given after the completion of the ride.

Plan Cab cannot be held accountable for any loss, damage, or delay suffered by the customer due to force majeure events.

In no event, does the entire liability of Plan Cab for any loss or damage arising due to cab services or in the case of a valid refund claim shall not exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.

In case of any disputes, parties agree to the settlement through exclusive jurisdiction in the court of Bengaluru, Karnataka only.

In a scenario, where a customer already has received the driver & cab details and the cab hired does not show up on the day of travel, it will be considered as the failure of the fleet partner of Plan Cab. Plan Cab being a bot-based car aggregator, will take all necessary efforts to provide the customer with an alternative mode of transport immediately, in the shortest possible time & if failing to do so will provide the customer a full refund, which will be processed in a maximum 7 days from the day the cab travel was scheduled to begin.

Plan Cab is not liable to reimburse its customer for any expenses like hotel stay charges, flight ticket charges, or any other type of monetary expenses which the customer had to bear as a result of a show of the cab on the day of planned cab travel.

Plan Cab may use the Name of the person & mobile number shared while making an online booking/ registration with it (or) which is shared while filling its inquiry form for its promotional purposes. Plan Cab promises that the data will never be sold to any other business entity or advertisement agencies & will be solely used for its own promotional purposes only.

It may happen that for some regions, the cab model which was reserved earlier by a customer online cannot be actually made available due to sudden restrictions by local cab associations in that geography which are beyond the control of Plan Cab. In such a case Plan Cab will make a full refund.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization or unacceptance of online payment on the part of the driver.

Customers should only board taxi permit cabs. (Yellow or Green Plate) after verifying that it was the one booked through Plan Cab.

The final amount is shown to the person while booking the cab and no extra charges need to be paid to the driver.

Refunds
